What is BuyClub.ch?
A great way for the expat community to discover Geneva's and Lausanne's best services & places at insider prices. Since launching in 2010 we featured nearly 1000 different local businesses, including the regions's best restaurants, spas, hotels & activities.

Is buying on BuyClub.ch safe?

Absolutely:

When you purchase on BuyClub,ch, your credit card number is encrypted and transmitted by SSL directly to a secure electronic vault. At no time is your credit card info stored on our servers.
We work with Datatrans: Switzerland's leading e-payments provider.
We're verified by Norton/Symantec: one of the industries most trusted security ceertifications.

How do I buy an offer / voucher?

If you see an offer you like, just click the "Buy" button before the offer ends. You'll be able to print and use your voucher 24 hours after the offer finishes running on BuyClub.

How long will the BuyClub offer remain online?

There's a clock on each offer page showing the remaining time. Most offers are online for 4-7 days.

How long is the voucher valid for?

The validity period is clearly mentioned on the Conditions section of each offer (and printed on each voucher). Most validity periods are several months.

I bought a voucher - when will it be ready?

Unless mentioned otherwise, vouchers can be printed and used starting from 24 hours after the offer stops running on BuyClub. In some cases a further delay of 1-2 days happens.

I bought a voucher - where do I find it?

Log into your BuyClub account and go to My Account > My Vouchers

Can I buy a voucher as a gift for someone else?

Unless mentioned otherwise, yes. However, each voucher will still mention the name of buyer.

If I don't use the full value of the voucher in one visit, can I get cash back or use the remainder later?
Fraid not. Unless otherwise stated, you do not receive store credit or cash back for whatever you don't use. If you think you won't be able to use the full value in one visit, bring some friends with you.

Can I return a voucher?
You can cancel your purchase before the offer stops running on BuyClub, but once the offer stops running you can't return a voucher. However, if there's an issue pls contact us and we'll do our best to find a solution.

What happens if my voucher expires?
Once a voucher expired, it is no longer valid and has no value. However, the expiration dates are clearly stated on each offer page and on each voucher, so there's never a surprise.

What if the business I bought a voucher for closes down?
Then we'll do all we can to ensure you get your money back (although we can't guarantee it 100%).
